Service Co-ordinator (Based in Romford, Essex)

We are looking for a Service Co-ordinator to provide a wide range of 1st line customer service, administration and the organisation of field engineers.

Key Responsibilities include;

  • Taking service calls from high profile customers.
  • Liaising with internal technical teams.
  • Co-ordinating field engineers.
  • Acting as liaison between client & company.
  • Addressing and resolving any issues or complaints.

Required knowledge, skills & abilities;

  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must exhibit strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively inside a very close team.
  • Exhibits the ability to think creatively and analytically.
